上海市避孕药领导小组于1974年12月21～24日在上海召开了女用避孕新药“甲醚抗孕丸和V形宫内节育器等鉴定会议。燃化部医药局、上海市革委会工交组、文教组、科技组、计划生育办公室等单位出席了会议。应邀参加会议的尚有来自北京、天津、辽宁、广东、湖南、湖北、江苏、浙江等省市150多个有关单位的代表共480余人。会议以党的基本路线为纲,以批林批孔为动力,认真学习了毛主席和党中央有关计划生育工作的重要指示,畅谈了当前国内外大好形势。会议期间上海第十二制药厂代表
