介绍了本实验室几年来对健康的昆明种小鼠胸骨骨髓ＰＣＥ微核、胎鼠肝血ＰＣＥ微核和正常人外周血淋巴细胞微核实验的结果，发现各种细胞的微核自然发生率均呈正偏态分布，９５％正常上限以百分位数法进行计算比较合适。我们的昆明种小鼠胸骨骨髓ＰＣＥ微核９５％正常上限值为４．３７％，胎鼠肝血ＰＣＥ微核９５％正常上限值为５．０２％，人外周血淋巴细胞微核９５％正常上限值为２．４％。并与部分学者报导的正常值进行了比较，其差异可能由于所用动物的品系、饲养条件、实验方法及实验者正确判断微核的经验不同所致。
