多搭几座便民桥这二三十年间,表面上我变了,从学物理的学生成了党报记者,又成了记者的领导,人亦渐老了。但内心、性格自觉没有变,眷恋一种东西,还是如初地眷恋。比如二三十年前街头的便民店,现在早已被现代连锁店取代,可“便民”二字却印烙在我的灵魂里。这不完全是因为我下班后又融入了普通百姓的人流,而绝对是我从骨子里认为一些优秀的传统东西照样有新时代赋予的新内涵。“便民”二字就有保持同人民群众血肉联系的意思。我们的党报是把党的声音传递给人民的,办党报的人又怎能抹掉脑子里的“便民”二字呢? 我十分赞同办好党报要有“政治家的头脑”和“艺术家的手法”之说法。我理解,“政治家的头脑”是指党的新闻工作者一定要宣传好党的大政方针,用政治观念、大局意识去把握改革、发展、稳定三者关系,写什么、编什么,不写什么、不编什么,都要用政治眼光去正视、俯视和侧视,从党和人民的整体利益出发考虑问题。 “艺术家的手法”则是要善于研究读者市场,非常认真负责地考虑每一篇稿件如何采写、如何编发,让出手的东西真正有点魅力,
