我科从1977～1979年用头针及针灸治疗脑血管病偏瘫318例,取得一定疗效。一、病例报告:李××,男,47岁,于6月4日入院。入院前一天烦燥不安,次晨起右侧半身不能动,小便失禁,语言不利,反应迟钝,血压160/100 mmHg,诊断为脑血栓形成。中医辨证:肝阳上亢,络脉闭阻。治以镇肝潜阳,养血活血。于6月6日开始针灸治疗。取穴:以头针为主、即运动区上1/5、
