按照石嘴山市委关于开展以党组织为核心的街道基层组织建设工作的部署、要求,围绕街道党建工作“五个好”目标,今年7月底,大武口区下派36名机关干部帮助街道整顿基层组织建设。截至目前,工作取得了阶段性成果。一是以居民区支部建设为核心,在具备条件的居委会成立6个党支部,向年底所有居委会都建立党支部的目标大大迈进了一步。二是以党员活动阵地建设为基础,解决了4个居委会“空壳”支部的问题,落实了支部活动阵地,成立了朝阳、人民路两个办事处党委基层党校,建成了一个沿街高标准党员活动阵地。三是以党员教育、管理为重点,先后在4个办事
