At present, there are still some difficulties in the differential diagnosis of various types of meningitis. Some people at home and abroad have reported the determination of cerebrospinal fluid lysozyme activity contribute to the differential diagnosis of bacterial and non-bacterial meningitis. To this end admitted to our hospital tuberculous meningitis (tuberculous meningitis), purulent meningitis (brain), and viral encephalitis or meningitis (sick brain) and the normal control group, a total of 106 cases of cerebrospinal fluid lysis
