体育教学是教师和学生以课程内容为媒介,有目的的双边活动过程,它不是简单的教与学的相互作用,在整个教学过程中存在着很有价值的人际关系和持续发展的因素,即教师与学生的互动关系和教学的延续性。通过这一活动,学生掌握系统的知识和技能,并在这一过程中发展智力、体力和创造才能,形成科学的世界观和良好的道德品质。体育教学要把教学目标作为教学的出发点和归宿点,以尽可能好的教学效果促进教学目标的实现。如何上好每节体育课,成为摆在我们面前的一个课题。
Physical education is a process of teachers and students taking curriculum content as a medium and purposeful bilateral activity. It is not a simple interaction between teaching and learning. There are valuable factors of interpersonal relationship and sustainable development in the whole teaching process, namely, The interaction between teachers and students and the continuity of teaching.
