广泛应用于液晶电视、NB与监视器等领域的液晶面板(TFTLCD),是光电产业发展的核心产品之一。中国大陆液晶面板产业发展严重滞后,大尺寸液晶面板生产完全掌握在韩、日、台企业手中,让大陆液晶电视产业发展一直处于“缺芯少屏”与“受制于人”的状态。海峡两岸液晶面板产业在资源、技术、产能与市场等方面有着很大的互补优势,但长期以来台湾当局限制高端液晶面板登陆政策影晌了两岸面板产业的深度合作,迫使两岸企业只能进行“曲线”合作。不久前,台当局宣布扩大开放面板业登陆,为两岸面板产业合作开创了新的机遇,也预示着两岸面板产业合作迈向一个新的阶段。
Widely used in LCD TVs, NB LCD monitors and other areas (TFTLCD), is one of the core products of the development of optoelectronics industry. LCD panel industry in China lags behind the development of large-size LCD panel production fully in the hands of South Korea, Japan and Taiwan, the mainland LCD TV industry has been in the “lack of core” and “controlled by others” state. The LCD panel industry across the Taiwan Strait has great complementary advantages in terms of resources, technology, production capacity and market. However, the long-term policy of Taiwan authorities restricting the landing of high-end LCD panels has affected the deep cooperation in the cross-Strait panel industry and forced the enterprises across the Taiwan Strait to carry out “Curve ” cooperation. Not long ago, the Taiwan authorities announced that the expansion of the open panel industry landed, opening up new opportunities for the cross-Strait panel industry cooperation and also heralded a cross-Strait panel industry cooperation towards a new stage.
