《全日制义务教育数学课程标准》(实验稿)(以下简称《标准》)突出体现了小学数学的生活化、活动化、大众化和技术化等改革方向,就其颁布后六年多的实施情况来看,新课改总体上取得了显著成效。新课改理念正逐步为广大教师所接受,并逐步渗透在教师教学的实践行动中。新课改进行到今日,围绕这些热点问题展开讨论,总结经验教训,有利于我们认清形势,理顺思路,明确新课改的方向,调整新课改的实践,这对新课改目标的最终达成有着不同寻常的意义。
