目的利用Meta分析的方法,综合评价Resistin基因SNP-420C/G位点多态与中国汉族人2型糖尿病发病的相关性。方法计算机检索2001年1月~2010年7月CNKI、万方、VIP、中国生物医学服务系统(SinoMed)和PubMed数据库,并手工检索相关杂志,收集有关中国汉族人群Resistin基因-420C/G位点多态的基因型频率和/或等位基因频率的独立病例对照研究。在评价纳入研究质量,提取有效数据后,采用RevMan 4.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入5个病例对照研究,包括2型糖尿病组709例,对照组572例。Meta分析结果显示:以CC基因型为暴露因素,具有CC基因型的人群2型糖尿病发病风险无明显增高[OR=1.02,95%CI(0.81,1.29)];以GG基因型为暴露因素,具有GG基因型的人群2型糖尿病发病风险无明显增高[OR=1.34,95%CI(0.95,1.90)]。结论本Meta分析结果提示,中国汉族人群Resistin基因SNP-420C/G位点多态可能与2型糖尿病的发病不相关。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between SNP-420C / G polymorphism of Resistin gene and type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese Han population by Meta-analysis. Methods We searched CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed and PubMed databases from January 2001 to July 2010, and searched related magazines manually to collect information on -420C / G locus of Resistin gene in Chinese Han population Independent case-control study of polymorphic genotype frequencies and / or allele frequencies. After evaluating the quality of the included studies and extracting valid data, Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 4.2 software. Results A total of 5 case-control studies were included, including 709 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 572 cases of control group. Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant increase in the risk of type 2 diabetes among CC genotypes with CC genotype as the exposure factor [OR = 1.02,95% CI (0.81,1.29)]; GG genotype as the exposure factor, There was no significant increase in the risk of type 2 diabetes among those with GG genotypes [OR = 1.34, 95% CI (0.95, 1.90)]. Conclusions This Meta-analysis suggests that the SNP-420C / G polymorphism of Resistin gene in Chinese Han population may not be related to the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.
