This paper explores the status and role of libraries in contemporary learning society. That is to say, libraries that spread the positions of advanced culture and culture should seize the opportunities and make better use of their own advantages to provide spiritual and intellectual support for the development of a learning city and a learning society and for social progress and human progress.
