犯罪主体既是犯罪行为的实施者、发起者,也是刑法所要惩治打击的对象,更是犯罪构成所要研究的必备要件之一。本文旨在从犯罪的一般主体出发,到特殊主体与单位犯罪现象,揭示出犯罪的几大主体要件。
The main body of crime is not only the implementer and initiator of criminal acts, but also the object to be punished by the criminal law. It is also one of the essential elements for the study of crimes. This article aims to proceed from the general subject of crime to the phenomenon of the crime of a particular subject and unit, revealing several major elements of a crime.
