This issue (Reporter Li Min) is the second year after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and the implementation of the Outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. It also ushered in the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the China Association for Equipment Management. . In order to implement the key points of the 2002 work of the China Equipment Management Association, we summarized and exchanged advanced experience in equipment management, promoted the modernization of equipment management, studied how to further improve equipment management and publicity in the new situation, and successfully completed the “China Equipment Engineering” magazine, the Chinese equipment. The Management Association convened “2002 full year” from October 21st to 25th.
