《炼钢工人》 Steelworkers 柯尔内留·巴巴，罗马尼亚国宝级油画家，跻身20世纪有杰出贡献的世界级油画家之列，罗马尼亚曾颁给他“人民艺术家”称号，并授予罗马尼亚艺术科学院院士。他以传统的油画和罗马尼亚近现代绘画相结合，创造出具有独特风格和深沉大气的油画作品，是世界现实主义绘画承前启后的一代画家。
今年是中罗建交70周年。近日，由罗马尼亚国会直属的罗马尼亚文化学院、罗马尼亚美术家协会文化基金会、全山石艺术基金会主办的“罗马尼亚油画大师柯尔内留·巴巴作品中国巡展”在杭州全山石艺术中心展出。
此次展出的60余幅巴巴油画作品，精心挑选自罗马尼亚17个国家艺术博物馆、美术馆及私家收藏，包括《炼钢工人》《农民》《棋手》《西班牙女郎》等代表作。除杭州外，巴巴油画作品展览还将陆续在南昌、宁波、上海、邯郸巡展。
An exhibition of artworks of Romanian artist Cornaliu Baba was unveiled on November 16， 2018 at Quan Shanshi Art Center in Hangzhou. The exhibition marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of the diplomatic ties of China and Romania.
Cornaliu Baba （1906-1997） was a Romanian painter， primarily a portraitist， but also known as a genre painter and an illustrator of books. Considered one of the most outstanding oil-painters of the world in the 20th century， he was People’s Artist of Romania. Artistically， he integrated tradition and modernism and crated a style of grandeur and profundity. He was a master of realist style.
Over 60 artworks by Cornaliu Baba are exhibited at the center. They are from 17 museums， art galleries and private collectors of Romania. The exhibition in Hangzhou will last until January 13， 2019. The exhibition will be held in Nanchang， Ningbo， Shanghai and Handan after Hangzhou.
