目的:探讨辅助生殖技术对婴幼儿智能发育的影响。方法:选取2009~2010年在佛山市妇幼保健院接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)、卵母细胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)以及冷冻胚胎移植(F-ET)治疗后出生的婴儿为研究组,选取同期自然妊娠出生儿为对照组,比较两组出生儿的发育商。结果:IVF-ET、ICSI、F-ET组出生儿与对照组出生儿相比发育商差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:辅助生殖技术对出生儿智能发育无影响。
Objective: To explore the impact of assisted reproductive technology on infant’s intellectual development. Methods: Infants born after treatment of IVF-ET, intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and frozen embryo transfer (F-ET) in Foshan MCH hospital from 2009 to 2010 were selected. For the study group, select the same period of natural pregnancy as a control group, comparing the two groups of children’s development business. Results: There was no significant difference in the developmental traders between the infants in IVF-ET, ICSI and F-ET groups and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Assisted reproductive technology has no effect on the development of the intelligence of the newborn.
