为了解近期我县农村儿童乙型肝炎自然感染情况,我们于1992年8月对我县农村681名10岁以下儿童(无乙肝疫苗接种史)用固相放射免疫法作了HB-sAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc3项感染指标的检测。结果:年龄别3项指标检出情况(表1)
In order to understand the recent natural infection of hepatitis B in rural children in our county, we conducted 681 children under the age of 10 (no hepatitis B vaccination history) in our county in August 1992 with solid-phase radioimmunoassay for HBsAg -HBs, anti-HBc3 infection index detection.
