航天部第一计量测试研究所研制了一套低温密封式三相点容器.其中包括平衡氢、氖、氩复合式三相点容器。经多次复现,其精度均优于0.5mK.其中平衡氢、氖、氩三相点容器与意大利 IMGC 相应的三相点容器作了比对,相差分别小于0.5、0.7、0.1mK.该容器于1988年6月15日在北京通过了部级鉴定.鉴定会肯定了该项成果,并认为达到了国际先进水平。氮、氪三相点系在我国首次复现,复合式三相点容器系在国内首次研制成功.
The First Institute of Metrology at the Ministry of Aeronautics and Space developed a cryogenic sealed three-phase container that included a balanced three-phase container of hydrogen, neon and argon. Repeatedly repeated, its accuracy is better than 0.5mK, which balance hydrogen, neon, argon three-phase point container and Italy IMGC corresponding three-phase container made a comparison, the difference is less than 0.5,0.7,0.1mK. The container passed the ministerial level appraisal in Beijing on June 15, 1988. The appraisal will confirm this achievement and think it has reached the international advanced level. Nitrogen, krypton three-phase point in China for the first time reappearance, composite three-phase point container system for the first time in China successfully developed.
