采用正交试验,研究了压铸温度、模具温度和压射速度等工艺参数对高强耐热压铸AZ91-0.5 Nd-0.3Y-0.3La合金显微组织与力学性能的影响.结果表明,压铸工艺参数对合金力学性能的影响由大到小依次为:压铸温度、模具温度和压射速度.最佳压铸工艺方案:压铸温度为685℃,模具温度为240℃,压射速度为4.0 m/s.在此压铸工艺参数下,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率分别达到292MPa、186MPa、9.7%.“,”The effects of die casting processing parameters,such as pouring temperature,mold temperature and injection speed,on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91-0.5Nd-0.3Y-0.3La alloy were investigated based on orthogonal experiment.The results show that the order of important factor is followed as:pouring temperature,mold temperature and injection velocity.The optimized die casting process parameters of alloy are presented as:pouring temperature of 685 ℃,mold temperature of 240 ℃ and injection velocity of 4.0 m/s,where the ultimate tensile strength,yield strength and elongation reach 292 MPa、186 MPa and 9.7%,respectively.
