劳务输出是把劳动力有组织地送到国外去,为别国提供劳动服务,是劳动力在国际间的相互转移。劳务输出是当今国际经济合作的重要内容。据统计,目前世界范围内的劳务输出贸易总额,已从1970年的1,000亿美元增加到近年来的10,000亿美元,占世界商品贸易总额的三分之一。由此可见,国际间的劳务输出,是国际贸易中的不可忽视的重要内容,为国际经济合作的发展起了积极的作用。
The export of labor services sends the labor force overseas and provides labor services to other countries. It is a transfer of labor forces internationally. Labor export is an important part of today’s international economic cooperation. According to statistics, the total volume of world trade in services exports has risen from 100 billion U.S. dollars in 1970 to 1,000 billion U.S. dollars in recent years, accounting for one third of the total world trade in goods. Thus it can be seen that the export of labor services in the world is an important part that can not be ignored in international trade and plays a positive role in the development of international economic cooperation.
