本文测定了100例急性脑血管病患者血清和脑脊液内源性类洋地黄物质(EDLS)浓度,并作动态观察。结果血清和脑脊液中EDLS含量均明显高于对照组,并受病情轻重、意识水平和出血部位影响;和血糖水平呈正相关;治疗后随病情好转降至正常。表明EDLS测定有助于病情估计、预后判断及疗效观察。
In this paper, the concentrations of endogenous digitalis (EDLS) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of 100 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were measured and the dynamic changes were observed. Results The levels of EDLS in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were significantly higher than those in the control group, and were affected by the severity of illness, the level of consciousness and bleeding site. The levels of EDLS in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were positively correlated with blood glucose levels. After treatment, the levels of EDLS decreased to normal. Show that EDLS determination contributes to the condition estimation, the prognosis judgment and the curative effect observation.
