目的在三维适形调强放射治疗中,应用64排容积CT模拟定位,勾画靶区、设计计划更精确,保证放射治疗的精确性。方法菲利浦64排螺旋CT机、激光定位系统、Xio放疗治疗计划系统(TPS)、体位固定模具等。分别对256例肿瘤患者采取不同的体位固定技术进行CT定位、制定治疗计划和对靶区中心进行位置验证。结果 256例恶性肿瘤患者利用64排容积CT模拟定位,成功率达100%,靶区误差均在允许范围内。结论用64排容积CT模拟定位,扫描速度快,密度分辨率高,靶区勾画精确,更利于保护周围正常组织和危及器官。CT模拟定位机的质量保证和质量控制成为三维适形调强放疗的重要环节。
Objective In three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy, 64-row volumetric CT was used to simulate and locate the target area, and the design plan was more accurate to ensure the accuracy of radiation therapy. Methods Philips 64-slice spiral CT machine, laser positioning system, Xio radiotherapy and treatment planning system (TPS), body fixed mold. 256 cases of cancer patients were taken by different postural fixation techniques for CT positioning, the development of treatment plans and the location of the center of the target area validation. Results 256 cases of malignant tumor using 64 row volume CT simulation positioning, the success rate of 100%, the target area error are within the allowable range. Conclusion 64-row volumetric CT is used to simulate the position, which has high scanning speed, high density resolution and precise delineation of the target area, which is more conducive to the protection of surrounding normal tissues and endangered organs. CT analog positioning machine quality assurance and quality control become an important part of three-dimensional conformal IMRT.
