2001年初夏,朝阳区教委德育科于辉老师和我校王敏校长带我前去拜访《班主任》杂志时任主编王宝祥老师。当我拿出事先撰写的文稿请王老师指教时,第一次面对大师,我紧张得说不出话来。王校长在一旁不停地介绍我的情况:“别看这孩子年轻,但充满爱心,班带得稳,连年被评为先进班集体,每年都被家长和学生评价为‘我最喜爱的教师’,爱写东西,很勤奋,论文多次获奖……”校长的介绍让我更不好意思,坐在旁边不知该如何接话。王主编拿起我的稿子认真地看了起来。我趁机仔细打量他,虽说快六十岁
