通过C、Si、M n、C r的合理匹配及加入微量Nb、V元素复合合金化,采用60 t电弧炉熔炼工艺,研制成功一种50CrMnSiVNb弹簧钢。实测结果表明:该钢经900℃×30 min油淬+410℃×60 min回火,水冷热处理后,获得了细小的回火屈氏体组织,其抗拉强度≥1 880 MPa,屈服强度≥1 760 MPa,伸长率≥9.7%,断面收缩率≥40%,硬度≥50HRC;900℃×40 min淬火时,脱碳层深度保持在0.10 mm不变,硬度总体呈下降趋势;卷制的螺旋弹簧疲劳寿命106次未断。
A kind of 50CrMnSiVNb spring steel was successfully developed by the reasonable match of C, Si, Mn, Cr and addition of a trace Nb and V element alloying. The results show that the steel is tempered at 900 ℃ for 30 min, tempered at 410 ℃ for 60 min, and then treated by water-cooled heat treatment to obtain the microstructure of tempering temper. The tensile strength is 1880 MPa and the yield strength is ≥ 1 760 MPa, elongation ≥ 9.7%, reduction of area ≥ 40%, hardness ≥ 50HRC; at 900 ℃ × 40 min quenching, the depth of decarburization remained unchanged at 0.10 mm, and the hardness decreased overall; Spiral spring fatigue life 106 times without interruption.
