长白县公路运输有限责任公司的前身是长白县运输公司。为顺应市场经济和改革的发展,于1994年9月改组为有限责任公司。在企业的经营机制发生了根本转变的新形势下,党支部怎样围绕企业经营开展工作,发挥作用,增强活力,是我们面临的一个新课题。公司党支部经过实践,探索出了党建工作“四贴近”的新路子,把党建工作融于企业经营管理中去。
Changbai County Road Transport Co., Ltd. is the predecessor of Changbai County Transportation Company. In order to comply with the development of market economy and reform, it was reorganized into a limited liability company in September 1994. Under the new situation in which the operating mechanism of enterprises has undergone fundamental changes, how the party branches work around the business operations, play their role and enhance their vitality is a new task we are facing. Through practice, the party branch of the Company has explored a new road of “four closeness” in the work of party building and integrated Party building into the operation and management of the enterprise.
