一、前言为促进我国光纤通信系统的实用化,改变天津市市话的拥挤状况,1982年4月,经天津市科委和天津市国防工办与电子工业部协商,决定在天津市话三局和六局之间铺设一条“7公里三次群光缆通信实用化实验系统”(简称“824”工程)。在所有参加单位的共同努力下,1983年12月实现了全系统现场连通,并全部达到系统设计指标,光纤传输系统的误码率优于10~(-11),系统全程误码率优于10~(-9)。经过9个月的稳定性考验和并网试用后,证明系统工作基本稳定,话路质量良好。该系统于1984年9月通过了电子工业部和天津市级联合鉴定,现

Preface In order to promote the practical application of optical fiber communication system in our country and to change the crowding situation of Tianjin municipality, in April 1982, after negotiating with the Ministry of Electronics Industry of Tianjin Science and Technology Commission and Tianjin Defense Industry Office, Between the six innings laying a “7 km three times the optical fiber cable communication practical experimental system” (referred to as “824” project).
