如今,我国进入经济发展新常态模式中,市场环境不断发生变化,对高职院校也形成了影响。高职院校基层党组织如何加强服务型建设,是高职党组织必须面临的重要问题。2016年2月,中共中央办公厅印发了《关于在全体党员中开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员”学习教育方案》。以“两学一做”精神指导高职院校服务型基层党组织建设,可以起到事半功倍的效果。

In February 2016, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the “Proposal on Launching the Party Constitution and Rules of the Party Constitution and Party School” and the series of speeches made by all party members and becoming a qualified party member and a “study and education program.” Guiding the construction of service-oriented grass-roots party organizations in higher vocational colleges with the spirit of “one education and two accomplishments” can play a multiplier effect.
