多年前笔者收集到民国二十九年(1940年)“黔西县流通券”五分券(图1),该流通券交叉旗帜的图案较少见。只有“中华革命军义饷券凭单”的试样票和陆军部发行的“军事用票”。采用这种交叉旗帜图案(图2、3)。然而一个小县城竟然印制国旗、党旗图案的流通券,引起了笔者极大的兴趣,笔者多年一直查找收集有关的史料,今撰文将有关“旗钞”和该券的历史背景揭出。
Years ago I collected the Republic of China twenty-nine years (1940) “Qianxi County circulation coupon ” five points (Figure 1), the circulation of cross-flag pattern is rare. Only the “sample coupons of the” China Revolutionary Army vouchers “and the” military votes “issued by the Army Department. Use this cross flag pattern (Figure 2, 3). However, a small county town even printed the national flag and the flow-through coupons of the party flag pattern, which aroused great interest of the author. The author has been looking for and collecting relevant historical materials for many years. This article will publish the historical background of the ”banner note" and the voucher .
