我们在工程检查和验收中发现,不少施工单位在底层框架结构抗震粘土砖墙的施工中,采用先浇筑框架混凝土,后砌筑抗震粘土砖墙,墙体顶部与梁接触处立砖斜砌的施工方法。我们认为这种抗震砖墙与框架柔性连接的方法不合理,主要有以下几点理由。1.削弱了传递楼层水平荷载的能力。2.墙顶部斜砖侧砌,允许受力后墙、梁有一定的相对变形。在侧力作用下,由于框架不能紧箍住抗震砖墙,不能有效地阻止抗震砖墙裂缝的进一步发展和限制开裂后块体的错位,会导致抗震砖墙抗侧力大幅度下降,不能起到主要抗侧力构件的作用。3.从施工角度考虑,先浇筑框架混凝土后砌筑砖墙,增加了支模的工作量,也增加了不必要的工程支出。因此,在施工时,应先砌筑抗震砖墙后浇筑框架混凝土,现行
