在经济全球化和我国加入WTO的形势下,我国企业的人事档案管理应该从传统人事管理模式向现代人力资源管理模式的方向转变,这是人事管理制度改革的方向和建立现代企业制度的迫切需要。因此,探索我国由计划经济体制条件下的企业人事管理模式向市场经济体制条件下人力资源管理模式的转变,是我国企业人事档案管理改革的目标。
Under the circumstances of economic globalization and China’s accession to the WTO, the management of personnel files in Chinese enterprises should shift from the traditional personnel management mode to the modern human resources management mode, which is the direction of the personnel management system reform and the urgent need to establish a modern enterprise system . Therefore, to explore our country under the planned economy system from the enterprise personnel management model to the market economy system under the conditions of human resource management model is the transformation of China’s enterprise personnel records management reform goal.
