目的:探索丹红注射液配合调脂治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:94例冠心病心绞痛患者纳入临床研究,按照就诊时间编号并依据单双号分为观察组和对照组,各47例。两组均接受冠心病心绞痛基础治疗,另外对照组患者进行调脂治疗,观察组患者应用丹红注射液配合调脂治疗,比较临床疗效、治疗前后血脂水平和血管内皮功能差异以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.62%,对照组治疗总有效率为74.47%。两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.778,P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组患者血脂指标TC(4.76±0.84)mmol/L、TG(1.69±0.27)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.56±0.73)mmol/L与治疗前比较均明显降低(t=8.341,7.447,6.708,P<0.05),与对照组差异有统计学意义(t=8.462,7.309,6.209,P<0.05)。经治疗后观察组患者ET(62.78±5.14)pg/m L与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05),NO(69.24±8.16)μmol/L、FMD(14.57±2.09)%与治疗前比较明显升高(t=8.478,7.698,7.899,P<0.05),与对照组差异均有统计学意义(t=7.677,6.620,6.455,P>0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为10.64%;对照组不良反应发生率为12.77%,两组数据比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.887,P>0.05)。结论:丹红注射液配合调脂治疗对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果显著,能够有效缓解患者心绞痛症状,降低血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能,且无明显不良反应发生,有应用和推广价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection combined with lipid-lowering in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and its effect on vascular endothelial function. Conclusion: Danhong injection combined with lipid-lowering therapy has significant curative effect on angina pectoris, which can effectively relieve angina pectoris, reduce blood lipid level, improve vascular endothelial function, and no obvious adverse reactions, which has the value of application and promotion.
