钢结构在热带海洋高温高湿条件下防腐施工难度极大,氯离子、氧气、水汽和紫外线照射是主要的自然腐蚀介质。介绍了印尼苏拉马都大桥在钢结构施工中,在工厂和现场进行防腐涂装施工中,采取的一些具体施工措施和方法,钢板预处理采用喷砂除锈处理,清除表面氧化皮等物质,并进行车间底漆预处理,钢结构表面采用喷砂除锈,粗糙度达到标准中的相应等级。
