目的探讨右室流出道早搏对心功能的影响。方法使用超声定量技术,对40例右室流出道早搏患者测量正常心律,室早及室早后第一个窦性心律的LVEDV、LVESV、LVEDA、LVESA、SV。并对结果进行分析及统计学处理,推断室早对心功能的影响。结果早搏时的EF及SV与其前后心律相比均有显著差异,尽管其有完全代偿间期,但其增加幅度均不足以弥补其在早搏期的损失。结论右室流出道早搏可显著影响心脏功能。
Objective To investigate the influence of right ventricular outflow tract premature beats on cardiac function. Methods The LVEDV, LVESV, LVEDA, LVESA, SV of the first sinus rhythm were measured in 40 patients with right ventricular outflow premature beats using the ultrasound quantitative technique. The results were analyzed and statistically processed to infer the impact of ventricular function as early as possible. Results EF and SV in premature beat were significantly different from those before and after premature beat. Although they had complete compensatory interval, the increase rate was not enough to make up for their premature beat loss. Conclusion Right ventricular outflow tract premature beats can significantly affect cardiac function.
