本文采用改良的Simon氏法,测得14例冠心病病人的主动脉压力时间常数为1.54±0.32秒,时间常数与心动周期的比值(T)为1.91±0.28.发现时间常数和T值与核素心功能的左室射血分数(LVEF)、射血时间(ET)、充盈率(FR)呈负相关,其中与LVEF相关性最好(r=-0.831和r=-0.852),同时与左室收缩压峰值,主动脉压亦呈正相关.单纯时间常数的数值小多提示严重心肌缺血,而T值增大则提示合并有小动脉硬化所致的高血压,因此时间常数可以作为衡量左室后负荷,辅助诊断冠心病或合并高血压病的有用指标.
In this paper, modified Simon’s method was used to measure the aortic pressure time constant of 14 patients with coronary heart disease was 1.54 ± 0.32 seconds, the ratio of time constant to cardiac cycle (T) was 1.91 ± 0.28. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), ejection time (ET) and filling rate (FR) of cardiac function were negatively correlated with LVEF (r = -0.831 and r = -0.852) The peak value of left ventricular systolic pressure and aortic pressure also showed a positive correlation.The value of simple time constant was mostly suggestive of severe myocardial ischemia, while the increase of T value suggested hypertension with arteriosclerosis, so the time constant could be used as a measure Left ventricular afterload, aided diagnosis of coronary heart disease or hypertension with useful indicators.
