分层教学,指的是一种适应学生个别差异的教学策略.即在共同的教育目标下,根据学生个体的差异,提出不同的要求,采用不同的教学方法,使每个学生的学习潜能在教师的培养下都能得到充分的发展.也就是说,教师根据学生实际情况,把全班学生分成不同层次的几组,同时,备课层次化,教学过程层次化,作业布置层次化,辅导层次化,效果评价层次化.通过教学使每个学生都能达到相应的目标,且使优生、中等生、学困生都有“东西”可吃,可消化,并逐渐使低层次的学生向高层次的学生接近,以提高全体学生全面素质的一种教学方法.
