以新会橙为接穗品种,枳为基砧,用13种中间砧分别进行嫁接,以酸桔砧新会橙、枳砧新会橙为对照,连续3年观察了砧穗接合部位生长情况,对接穗品种生长发育、产量、品质的影响。结果表明,13个中间砧嫁接部位基本正常,呈现基砧周径>中间砧周径>接穗周径的一致规律,提高了嫁接亲和率;嫁接树树势生长中庸,克服了酸桔砧新会橙生长过旺,枳砧新会橙花叶、黄化等缺点,筛选出7个能使接穗品种早果丰产的中间砧。
