针对大采高回采巷道的断面较大、矿压显现剧烈、采掘干扰较强、围岩变形大且破坏严重难于维护的问题,以潞安集团王庄矿8101工作面大采高回采巷道为工程背景,分析了巷道围岩控制机理,提出了刚柔联合注浆支护方案,并运用有限差分软件FLAC~(3D)模拟了有关支护参数对巷道围岩稳定性控制的影响。结果表明:通过对顶板进行刚柔联合注浆支护处理,使得巷道塑性区的范围有明显减少;顶底板移近量与两帮相对移近量得到控制,保证了巷道的稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of large section mining roadway with large cross section, intense mine pressure, strong mining disturbance, large deformation of surrounding rock and serious damage, it is difficult to maintain. In order to solve the problem of large mining height mining roadway of 8101 working face in Wangzhuang Mine of Luan Group, Background, the control mechanism of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed, and the rigid and flexible grouting support scheme is put forward. The influence of support parameters on the surrounding rock stability control is simulated by finite difference software FLAC ~ (3D). The results show that the range of the plastic zone in the roadway is significantly reduced by the rigid-flexible grouting support treatment of the roof. The amount of displacement between the roof and floor is controlled by the relative displacement of the two supports, which ensures the stability of the roadway.
