2014年,北京朝阳区检察院办理了一批涉及互联网行业的非国家机关工作人员受贿案,共计9件11人。涉案网站包括腾讯、新浪、搜狐、凤凰等多个互联网知名门户网站,以及部分传统媒体下属网站。涉案人员多为网站的青年业务骨干,大多具有高学历。案件呈现出受贿数额巨大、犯罪时间长、受贿次数多等特点,其中受贿数额最大的一名网站编辑,涉案数额高达27万余元,受贿次数最高的一名网站编辑,在5年间收受他人行贿多达160余次。
