厦门证券监管特派员办事处:你办《关于厦门正达信咨询有限公司申请证券投资咨询从业资格的初审报告》(厦证监发[2002]065号)及相关材料收悉。根据《证券、期货投资咨询管理暂行办法》、《证券、期货投资咨询管理暂行办法实施细则》和《关于证券投资咨询机构申请咨询从业资格及证券投资咨询人员申请咨询执业资格的通知》(证监机构字[1999]68号)的有关规定,经审核,现批复如下:

According to the Interim Measures for the Administration of Securities and Futures Investment Consulting, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Securities and Futures Investment Consulting, and the Circular on Applying for Consulting Qualifications and Consulting Qualifications for Securities Investment Consultants by Securities Investment Consulting Bodies (CSRC Word [1999] No. 68), the relevant provisions of the audit, are hereby approved as follows:
