过去,医院对药品管理采用单凭经验管理,有些医院至今仍沿用“以存定销”的管理办法,弊端很多,完善药品经济管理方法势在必行。现行的药品经济管理的基本方针是“金额管理、数量统计、实耗实销”。根据这个方针,我们在加强药品经济管理的工作中,对照部颁《医院分级管办法和标准》(试行草案)《省二甲医院药剂科评审条件》等有关规定,结合本院药房药品管理工作中的问题等实际情况,重点做了以下几方面的工作。
