目的观察肿瘤细胞减灭术联合术中髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法将176例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各88例。两组患者均行肿瘤细胞减灭术,治疗组术中行髂内动脉灌注化疗,对照组术毕即刻行腹腔灌注化疗,两组化疗药物均为顺铂60～80mg/m2。结果缓解率治疗组为75.00%、对照组为62.32%,两组有效率治疗组为86.45%、对照组为77.55%,两组相比,P均﹤0.05。3年生存率治疗组为43.18%、对照组为28.41%,两组相比,P﹤0.05。II～V级不良反应发生率治疗组低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论肿瘤细胞减灭术联合术中髂内动脉灌注化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤疗效较好,患者生存期长,不良反应小。
Objective To observe the efficacy of cytoreductive surgery combined with intra-iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy for gynecological malignancies. Methods 176 patients with gynecologic malignancies were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 88 cases in each. Tumor cytoreductive surgery was performed in both groups. Intra-arteria iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy was performed in the treatment group. Intra-peritoneal infusion chemotherapy was performed immediately in the control group. The two groups of chemotherapy drugs were cisplatin 60-80 mg / m2. Results The remission rate was 75.00% in the treatment group, 62.32% in the control group, 86.45% in the two groups and 77.55% in the control group, P <0.05. The 3-year survival rate was 43.18% , 28.41% in the control group, P <0.05 compared with the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in group II ~ V was lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Tumor cytoreductive surgery combined with intra-arteria iliac arterial infusion chemotherapy is effective in treating gynecologic malignancies. The patients have longer life span and less adverse reactions.
