大老爷府油田成本高、产量低、效益差,在低油价下企业亏损严重。本文以提质增效为中心,对油田实施系统改革,通过优化地质方案,调整注入产出结构,以降低无效产出及注入,降低吨油耗水量,提高储量动用程度为目标提高单井效益,开展氮气泡沫驱的新技术试验,拓宽增油途径,实现效益增产。以关停无效益井,减少注水量为契机,优化集输、注水、作业、地面等系统运行方式,降低运行成本。打破固有模式,大力实施劳动组织优化工程,压缩用工总量,降低人工成本。创新管理方式,充分调动员工生产积极性,实现人员大幅缩减下的管理提升,形成了一套可借鉴的开发管理新模式,油田效益显著提升,2016年实现了大幅减亏。

Innovative management methods, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff production, personnel management to achieve substantial reduction under the formation of a set of development and management of a new model can be learned from the oilfield efficiency significantly increased in 2016 to achieve a substantial reduction in losses.
