我们于1983年对青海省互助县3个月至84岁健康土族2,268人(4,536眼)的三项眼外形进行了调查,并调查当地汉族906人(1,812眼)作为对比。调查方法和标准按中国遗传学会眼科协作组的统一标准进行。结果及讨论如下:单重睑:土族4536眼中,单重睑1,999眼(44.07%)。男性2,722眼,单重睑1,213眼(44.66%);女性1,814眼,单重睑786眼(43.33%)。汉族1,812眼中,单重睑894眼(49.34%)。男性1,266眼,单重睑662眼(52.29%);女性546眼(42.49%)。内眥赘皮:土族4,536眼中,有内眥赘皮1,703眼(37.54%)。男性2,722眼,内眥赘皮1,149眼(42.21%);女性1,814眼,内眥赘皮554眼(30.54%)。汉族1,812眼中,有内眥赘皮928眼(51.21%)。男性1,266眼,内眥赘皮653眼(51.58%);女性546眼,有内眥赘皮275眼(50.37)。
In 1983, we investigated the three eye contours of 2,268 (4,536 eyes) healthy Turks from 3 months to 84 years in Huzhu County, Qinghai Province and compared 906 Han people (1,812 eyes) to the survey. Survey methods and standards by the Chinese Society of Genetics ophthalmology collaborative group of uniform standards. Results and discussion are as follows: Single eyelid: Tu nationality 4536 eyes, single eyelid 1,999 eyes (44.07%). There were 2,722 eyes in men, 1,213 eyes in single eyelid (44.66%), 1,814 eyes in women, and 786 eyes in single eyelid (43.33%). Among 1,812 Han Chinese, 894 eyes were single eyelid (49.34%). There were 1,266 males, 662 egypts (52.29%) and 546 females (42.49%). Epicanthus: 4,536 in the Turkish soil, epicanthus 1,703 eyes (37.54%). There were 2,722 eyes in men, 1,149 eyes in epicanthoplasty (42.21%), 1,814 eyes in women, and 554 eyes in epicanthus (30.54%). Among the 1,812 Han people, there were 928 eyes (51.21%) with epicanthus. There were 1,266 eyes in men, 653 eyes in epicanthus (51.58%), and 546 eyes in women, with a total of 275 eyes (50.37) of epicanthus.
