本文结合生产实践论述了应用合金铸铁制造压铸模的意义,以及适用于压铸模要求的合金铸铁成份的选择及其主要元素在铸铁中的作用。同时,概述了合金铸铁压铸模铸件的铸造及热处理工艺。
In this paper, the significance of using alloy cast iron to manufacture die-casting molds and the selection of alloy cast irons suitable for die-casting molds as well as their main elements in cast iron are discussed in this paper. At the same time, the casting and heat treatment process of alloy cast iron die casting are summarized.
