一般情况下,采油现场抽油机井调平衡时工作台面窄小,且距地面高,不利于挂安全带;需要三人配合操作,大约耗时一个半小时;调平衡停井时间长,易造成油井蜡卡、砂卡,导致油井作业上修,影响原油产量,增加作业费用。员工操作时只能将安全带挂到曲柄销子处即连杆与曲柄连接处,做不到高挂低用,得不到有效保护,安全性差。针对上述现状我厂研制出一套抽油机井调平衡装置,实现了单人操作、半小时完成。自2012年研制使用至今,安全高效,在2012年获得中国质量协会石油分会质量管理三等奖,证书编号QC(12)025。
