近年来 ,我院在医疗设备的引进中分别对不同类型的设备采取自筹、借贷、合作等多种方式 ,并在引进设备时区别对待大型基础性设备、效益设备、特色性专科设备等不同类型。并在市场预测、兼顾设备的超前性与医院的经济实力、注重从设备到技术的量本利分析等方面取得了经验 ,实现了设备技术循环和借贷额、合作设备金额的良性循环周期 ,使医院的设备总值翻了近两番 ,医疗技术及整体技术实力也前进了一大步。
