回顾二年来为48名耳聋儿童行 BERA(脑干诱发电位)检查结果。年龄2个月～8岁,2岁以下占52％。病史包括听力差、语言差、围产期不利因素、重度智力障碍等。大多数先经自由声场听力筛选,然后做 BERA 检查。结果有12名严重残疾患儿用其他手段不能测定听敏度,经 BERA 检查发现3名有严重听力损失,配戴助听器。有20名可疑听力损失者经 BERA检查13名听力正常。14名自由声场测试有耳聋
A review of BERA (Brainstem Evoked Potentials) test results for 48 deaf children in two years was reviewed. 2 months old to 8 years old, 52% under 2 years old. Medical history, including poor hearing, poor language, perinatal unfavorable factors, such as severe mental retardation. Most of the first free sonic hearing screening, and then do BERA examination. Results 12 children with severe disability could not measure hearing sensitivity by other means. Three patients with severe hearing loss and wearing hearing aids were found by BERA test. Twenty suspicious hearing loss patients were examined by BERA for 13 normal hearing. Fourteen free-sounding tests were deaf
