以临床上常用的能量合剂之一的ATP作为影响因素,观察了正常豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞钙调素免疫反应(CaM-IR)的变化,并用葡萄糖作为对照.结果发现正常豚鼠接受ATP后,耳蜗毛细胞中的CaM-IR明显增强,外毛细胞变化更为明显,细胞的表皮板和纤毛都明显着色,进一步说明豚鼠耳蜗毛细胞中存在丰富的钙调素(CaM),讨论了ATP影响CaM-IR的可能机制,指出这种现象是否可以在有害因素下用来保护毛细胞,尚待实验论证.
The effect of ATP, one of the most commonly used energetic agents, on the changes of calmodulin immunoreactivity (CaM-IR) in cochlear hair cells of normal guinea pigs was observed and glucose was used as a control. The results showed that the normal guinea pigs received ATP, the cochlear hair cells in the CaM-IR significantly increased, the outer hair cells more pronounced, the epidermal cells and cilia were significantly colored, further shows guinea pig cochlear hair cells rich in calmodulin (CaM). The possible mechanism of ATP affecting CaM-IR was discussed. Whether this phenomenon can be used to protect hair cells under harmful factors remains to be proved experimentally.
