镉是一种毒性强烈及危险的环境污染物质。人体镉的摄入主要来自食物。食品中镉的含量因其产品种类和来源不同波动很大。我们于80年10月至81年8月对我省主要地区主要食品中镉的含量做了首次调查。现将结果报告如下。
