本文站在我国经济发展的战略角度,对主张在我国大量发展私人小汽车的意见提出了不同看法。文章从我国的国情出发,在人口、人均耕地面积、城镇交通设施和管理、能源、以及环境保护等方面,对发展大型公共交通工具和发展私人小汽车作了具体的分析和比较,认为解决我国人民出行的有效工具应该是大型公共交通工具而不是私人小汽车。文章还对发达国家发展小汽车的历史和现状作了考察,用大量的数据和资料,论证了我国不适合发展大量私人小汽车。
This paper, based on the strategic perspective of China’s economic development, put forward different views on the idea of advocating the development of private cars in China. From the perspective of China’s national conditions, the article makes specific analysis and comparison of the development of large-scale public transport and the development of private cars in terms of population, per capita arable land, urban transport facilities and management, energy, and environmental protection. The effective tool for people to travel should be large public transport rather than private cars. The article also examines the history and status quo of the development of cars in developed countries, and uses a large amount of data and data to demonstrate that China is not suitable for the development of a large number of private cars.
