病历摘要 患儿男,11岁。住院号194922。27天前发热,伴畏寒、恶心、纳差,在当地医院用洁霉素治疗无好转而来我院。查体:体温39.4℃,咽部充血,肝脏剑下1cm,其余未发现明显异常。辅助检查:血WBC3.2×10~9/L,N0.50,L0.50,Hb105g/L,未找到幼稚细胞。尿常规:蛋白(一)。血沉10mm/h,抗核抗体1∶10(一),未找到狼疮细胞。血补体正常,嗜异性凝集试验(一),血培养无细菌生长,OT试验(一),骨髓检查无异常,胸片正常。入院后经先后给予青霉素、先锋霉素IV治疗病情无好转,体温波动于38.5～39.9℃,且于入院第4天面部、躯干和四肢皮肤出现红色斑
